It helps to have a journal when trying to lose weight. I use a weight loss journal to help me track my feelings, diet and progress. The key is that you must be committed when using a journal. I’ve lost 60 pounds now, and I still have a lot more to go. But, I’m doing well with the program that I’m on. So, my suggestion to all is to use a journal.

What helps me to stay focus is having a support team. I think it’s important to have supportive people in your lives when trying to lose weight. These are the folks you would call if and when you need some support.
